Terms of service

The agreement

These terms cover your use of the Subscribbl app and this website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Subscribbl. “We” and “us” mean the people who run Subscribbl; “you” means you.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure; activity on your Subscribbl account is treated as yours.
• One person per account. Don’t sign in as someone else or share access in a way that breaks Google’s terms.

Your content

The subscriptions, spaces, budgets, photos and invoices you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them back to you only as needed to run Subscribbl, which includes sending invoices you upload to Google’s Gemini API to read them, as described in our privacy policy.

Only upload files you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful.

What the app does, and doesn’t

Subscribbl is a tracking and reminder tool. It helps you see what you pay and when, but it is not financial advice and it does not act on your behalf.

• We don’t cancel anything. Cancelling or changing a subscription is between you and the service that bills you. You’re responsible for any charges they make.
• Reminders can miss. Reminders are scheduled on your phone and depend on notifications being allowed and the dates you entered being right. Treat them as a helpful nudge, not a guarantee.
• Numbers are estimates. Totals convert currencies with daily reference rates, and invoice reading can get details wrong. Check anything that matters against your bank or the service itself.
• Other brands. Service names and logos belong to their owners. Showing them doesn’t mean they endorse or work with Subscribbl.

Fair use

Please don’t:

• break the law, or use Subscribbl to help someone else do it;
• try to get into other people’s data, or probe, overload or disrupt our systems;
• scrape, copy or resell the service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows;
• use automated tools to create accounts or send requests in bulk.

Price and early access

Subscribbl is free during early access. Features may be added, changed or removed while we build it. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you first, and you’ll never be charged without choosing a plan yourself.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deleting your account from Profile → Delete account, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk, and we may wind Subscribbl down with reasonable notice.

Warranties and liability

Subscribbl is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for charges, renewals or fees made by other services, including ones a reminder didn’t catch. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Subscribbl changes. We’ll change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they apply. Using Subscribbl after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, write to us first; most things can be sorted out by email. If a part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
